To strengthen this core Information and Telecommunication Infrastructure, the State intends to additionally promote effective transformation in society through accelerated sustainable and equitable economic expansion by encouraging systematic and timely provision of high-quality infrastructure for internet access and telecommunication services across the state, particularly in rural and remote regions.
