Q1. How to apply to get NOC for installation of Overground/Underground Telegraph Infrastructure?

Ans. Applicants willing to apply for Overground/Underground Tower/Optical Fiber need to follow simple steps i.e.,

1) Register yourself on Single Window Clearance System (RoW). You will get user ID and Password on mobile number provided by you.

2) Login from the same portal using Login Credentials (Username and Password).

3) Select the respective application, fill and process it as per the procedure.

Q2. What is the fee for establishing Overground/Underground telegraph infrastructure?

Ans. A. You have to pay Rs. 10000/- per application for Overground Telegraph Infrastructure (tower). You have to pay other administrative fees as mentioned in the fee notice. Amount once paid is non-refundable.

B. You have to pay Rs. 1000/- per KM (non-refundable) for underground infrastructure (Optical Fiber Cable) and other administrative fees as mentioned in fee notice.

Q3. Can we apply for more than one establishments or maintenance from same User Login?

Ans. Yes, you can apply for multiple application from the same login.

Q4. How can we pay the fees i.e., Online or Offline or Both?

Ans. You have to pay the fees in the mode as instructed by departments.

Q5. Does Fees once paid Offline/Online is refundable or transferable or not?

Ans. Fees once paid for the establishment of tower or laying down the optical fiber is neither refundable nor transferable.

Q6. Is there any minimum area of land required for establishment of Tower and Optical Fiber?

Ans. No

Q7. What should I do if my application got rejected?

Ans. If Nodal officer will reject your application, he/she will mention reason of rejection as remark. You can resubmit the application after fulfilling the certain points which have been mentioned as Rejection Remark.

Q8. Can I see the status of my application at every step?

Ans. Yes, all applicants who have applied to Single Window Clearance System can view the status of their applications at every step by Logging In. On dashboard there is tab naming Status of Application. By clicking on particular tab applicant can track the status of Application. Along with, department will also do the SMS on the registered mobile number of applicant at every step of application.

Q9. Do I have to visit departments physically during the processing of application?

Ans. No

Q11. Is there any technical helpline number to assist while filling up the application form?

Q12. If applicant applies for regularization of infrastructure, will the same charges be applicable for Underground and Overground infrastructure?

Ans. No
