IT and Electronics Department, Uttar Pradesh has developed ‘Right of Way’ Web Portal with an objective that Telecom Companies who are willing to setup Tele Communication and IT Connectivity Infrastructure in Uttar Pradesh can apply online to obtain Permission/NOC for the said establishments. Through Single Window Clearance System of Right of Way, applicant can apply for Online Application for Registration and Renewal of Registration for seeking No Objection Certificate (NOC) for laying Aboveground Telegraph Infrastructure and Mobile Tower Infrastructure.

Along with, applicant can also apply online for Registration and Renewal of Registration for seeking NO Objection Certificate (NOC) for laying Underground Telegraph Infrastructure.
